“ Absolutely love Mimisa! This hidden gem serves the most unique Korean chicken Ive ever had. Their Wasabi Mayo Onion chicken is my absolute FAVORITE. I would honestly eat it every day if I could. The flavor of their wasabi mayo onion is unbeatable! If youre a fan of wasabi, definitely make sure to order this! Highly recommend! Another favorite here is their Green Grape chicken. I had never seen this before and wasnt sure what to expect. I tried it and was surprised at how delicious the chicken and grapes were together! Such a great combo of flavors. They have tons of other unique options here as well, such as Matcha Cream Cheese Chicken and Blueberry Cream Cheese Chicken, which Ill try next. Another musttry here is their fish cakes! It was a cold day the last time I visited Mimisa, so I tried the fish cake, which was the perfect comfort food. Nice and hot, and delicious flavor. They also serve great teas here. My favorite is the Yuza Tea with Honey. They have counter seating if youd like to eat there, or you can order the food togo. Ive sat at the counter and loved talking to the staff. The service here is wonderful! The staff was super sweet, hardworking, and passionate about making the best food. Mimisa definitely hits the spot! If you love Korean street food and chicken and excellent service, youll love this place! ”

“ A small but mighty stall in Flushing that you must visit! This was the most creative Korean fried chicken that Ive ever had, but aside from that, the chicken itself was so juicy and crispy, and the portion sizes are very generous. Definitely be sure to try at least one of their fruit x chicken combos it goes together better than you think! My favorite was the blueberry cream cheese the sweet cream cheese by itself was already delicious but goes so well with the crispy chicken too. I also really liked the honey butter it was the perfect blend of slight sweetness and subtle luscious flavor without being too rich. The green grape one is probably one of the ones theyre viral for, and I liked that the sauce tasted like fresh grape candy. The fish cakes were chewy and the broth it came in was very comforting. Tteokbokki portion was HUGE and the tteok was soft and chewy. Ramen was cooked to the perfect texture and the flavor of the sauce was super tasty and not too spicy. The food came out really fast and Rickey the owner was super friendly and hospitable and helpful with recommendations off the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us throughout the meal, even though the stall got pretty busy as we got closer into dinner hours. There isnt too much seating since its just a few bar seats along their store, but people still gather to order togo or sit down with some friends. Its a fast and casual place, but the food speaks for itself. Great spot for large portions, unique flavor pairings, and classic dishes. Looking forward to visiting again and trying more flavors! ”

“ This is my second visit to this place. Last time, I tried the fried chicken with grapes and the cheese flavor. Both were delicious, especially the grape oneit was surprisingly good, combining sweet and savory flavors perfectly. The cheese sauce was good too, not too heavy and quite enjoyable. This time, I went for their newly launched items strawberry cream cheese fried chicken, corn cheese fried chicken, and the creamy pasta. Personally, I liked the pasta the most. It was wellbalanced in flavor and texturenot too creamy and not too dry. As for the fried chicken, Idk how I feel about the strawberry cream cheese one. It wasnt bad, but Im unsure if I really liked it because it had a unique combination of sweet and savory, along with hot and cold textures. So in this case, I prefer the corn cheese fried chicken a bit more it felt more complete, if that makes sense. Regarding the atmosphere, its quite small with limited space for bags. However, I understand this is due to its location in a compact food court. ”

“ This place is located in a sort of a food hall, with many other stalls next to it. The place was bustling when I went and there were customers sitting at the counter. The seating is very limited so be prepared to takeout or go in small 2ppl groups. The owner was super nice, he explained the menu to us and showed us how to eat some food. I got the famed grapes and fried chicken and he showed us with a video how to pour over the sauce before packing it for me to go in separate containers. As I was waiting for my food he gave me some tteobokki to sample and it was very good. I would definitely be coming back here because the owner is so nice and the fried chicken options are so unique. I wasnt the biggest fan of the grapes and chicken, I didnt think the flavor meshed well. I also got the corn cheese chicken and that was amazing. ”
